Hot house prospect lands DJ Mag mix

Rising talent Josh Butler is one of the UK's hottest embers.

Despite plugging away on labels like K9, More Than a lot, Definition:Music and Pura since 2012, it wasn't until he got picked up by MTA last year that shit really started to get real for the West Yorkshire lad.

Gaining props from Pete Tong and Heidi, 'No Frills' on Kerri Chandler's spin-off label Madtech took the value of Josh's stock to a whole new level earlier this year and a recent remix of Andy Lee for Leftwing & Kody's Lost Records helped confirmed something we already suspected: Josh Butler isn't going anywhere.

An EP on Green Velvet's Cajual imprint dropped this week and others pegged for Noir's Make Records and MTA for later in the year, he's getting booked to DJ all over with his Warehouse Project debut due in October.

Just as likely to take in classic gems alongside tech-y tinged house grooves, Josh's DJ sets are in demand like never before, so we asked him to drop us a mix...
