Moscow-born but now London-based, if Lokiboi is a Russian oligarch he's ventured down a more interesting path than buying himself a football club. Instead, with releases for the likes of Top Billin, Young Gunz and Wicked Bass, the mysterious producer has carved a niche for himself as a purveyor of urban bass and house grooves.
Throwing classic New Jersey house, 808 mechanics, ballroom and ghetto house into his podcast for us, enjoy the kind of shape-shifting, energy fuelled excitement that have seen him play alongside the likes of Night Slugs bosses Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990, Mosca and DJ Q.
His new 'Night Swing' EP is out now on vinyl on Telefonplan, with four tracks showing the influence of everything from NYC disco to tunnel tech, with digital released on April 25th.
