BURNING MAN NETHERLANDS LANDS IN JULY

Where the Sheep Sleep will be a European excursion from the non-profit organisation...

Burning Man will be crossing the Atlantic from its usual base in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to host a three-day event in the Netherlands from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st July.

The non-profit organisation will bring the new event, entitled Where the Sheep Sleep, to Veluwe, in the province of Gelderland, to support Burning Man’s 10 core principles, which include: gifting, decommodification, radical inclusion, radical self-reliance, and civic responsibility, shining a light on the world we need, rather than the world we have.

In order to attend the Burning Man event in the Netherlands, there is a two-step process to stop “ticket scalpers”, which involves registering on the Burning Man Netherlands Facebook group, as well as paying for a membership here.
