MASSIVE ATTACK LAUNCH APP FEATURING NEW MUSIC

The group release Fantom “a sensory music player that remixes and reforms song”

Massive Attack have launched an app that features new material from the group.

According to a press release, Fantom, which was designed in part by Robert del Naja, is "a sensory music player that remixes and reforms songs uniquely using a variety of environmental variables including location, movement, time of day, heartbeat and the integral moving image camera." 

The app also “also allows users to create and record unique audio-visual clips which can be shared and saved and easily shared via socials, SMS and peer-to-peer channels.”

Massive Attack recently announced a European tour starting in 2016 as well as plans to record new music.
