ES' 'Better Luck Next Life' album was one of 2012's most unsung gems, an album I'm still crawling around inside from which 'Coma' is one of the undoubted highlights. Gorgeous folky/dreampop guitar allowed to enrapture you before a beat's even heard, strings swimming in before the crunchy beat and ripples of electronic drone - it sounds like A.R.Kane rerubbed by the Underdog! ES' rhymes the kind that take you on a journey from which there's no escape, a circular cosmic Moebius twist that starts sounding like the most accurate mindmap you've stumbled across all year. Stunning stuff.
