Deadmau5 to launch pop-up merch shop this Friday in NYC

Lots of stuff in a store is coming...

Deadmau5 is set to launch a pop-up shop of merchandise in New York later this week, kicking off on Friday 31st March for three days only.

Located at 157 W. 24th Street and open from noon until 7:00PM each day, the shop — aptly titled ‘lots of stuff in a store’ — is set to coincide with Deadmau5’s ‘lots of shows in a row’ tour which opens for a four-night, sold-out run at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom tomorrow (Wednesday 29th March).

According to Deadmau5 HQ, the all-new pop-up will feature: “Limited edition deadmau5 x Ron English vinyl toys, installation of deadmau5's personal collection of mau5heads on display, limited edition mau5trap/deadmau5 art prints/posters, W:/2016ALBUM/ vinyl, Kid Dangerous merch collab, Wearhaus and KEF audio installations and a wide range of official mau5 merch.”

The pop-up will also be kitted out with some impressive AV equipment, in the hopes that the “retail experience will reflect the light, sound and energy that are synonymous with deadmau5's shows”.

Deadmau5 has also teamed up with NYC-based homeless charity Win for the event, with proceeds from the sale of a custom-built Ron English ‘Mau5head’ to be donated to the foundation.

It's been a huge few months for Deadmau5. He famously sold his McLaren sportscar to pay for his Cube 2.1 stage design earlier this month, and yesterday he dropped the sixth volume of his compilation series, 'We Are Friends'
