Awakenings expands its ADE offering with five evenings and two full days

A week-long Awakenings ADE experience...

Awakenings 2017 is now officially sold out but fear not the festival's organisers have just announced their plans for ADE week, with the addition of two new daytime programs, and five full evenings.

During the day on Friday 20th October, techno institution Paul Kalkbrenner will return to the Gashouder with an exclusive ADE show called Back to the Future.

Then on Saturday 21st October, Awakenings by Day will take place with the likes of Bart Skils & Paul Ritch, Dimitri, DJ Rush, Danny Tanaglia & Nicole Moudaber, Paula Temple and Sam Paganini.

There will also five evenings of celebrations. Kicking off on Wednesday 18th October will be Figure Night with Len Faki, Jeff Mills & Kink aka Cyrillic (live), Lady Starlight (live), Regal, Robert Hood (live) and Roman Poncet, and many more.

Thursday 19th October has been reserved for Drumcode, Adam Beyer's label, who will be bringing the likes of Dense & Pika, Ilario Alicante, Marco Faraone, Monika Kruse and Pig & Dan.

Moving onto Friday 20th October will be Joris Voorn, alongside Sven Vath, Kolsch, Nastia and Slam for a special evening of Joris Voorn & Friends.

The host of Saturday 21st October will be Joseph Capriati, who will be spinning for 3 hours, alongside Shlomo, Dubfire, Wighnomy Bros and a very special guest to be announced nearer the time.

The last Awakenings evening will see Ben Klock presenting his new concept Photon on the Sunday alongside Dax J, Etapp Kyle, Marcel Dettmann, Phase live and Rodhad.

This year's ADE will be taking place at a new venue whilst the festival's usual home is renovated in time for ADE 2018. Check out the ADE 2017 line-up as it stands so far.
