Above & Beyond drop new trance anthem, ‘Rocket Science’: Listen

"This track started as an experiment trying out a new DAW"

Iconic trio Above & Beyond have dropped another new trance anthem in the form of euphoric banger 'Rocket Science'.

Stuffed with blissful synths and stomach-churning bass drops, the new track follows their club mix of recent single 'Always' — featuring frequent collaborator Zoë Johnston on vocals.

In a statement to Billboard, Above & Beyond said: "This track started as an experiment trying out a new DAW."

They added: "We haven’t totally written off the old way of doing things, but was fun trying something new. After some tinkering, she’s finally out in the world, and just in time for the 300th edition of Group Therapy in Hong Kong on September 29."

Debuted at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington last September, 'Rocket Science' is out now via Anjunabeats.

Last month, the legendary UK outfit stepped in to headline Armin van Buuren’s Hï Ibiza residency which came after their impressive Tomorrowland 2018 set. You can relive the moment here.

They've definitely been busy this summer and latest track 'Rocket Science' is yet more proof of their determination to make music for many years to come.
