Don't let the name fool you. ANTS are huge! Ushuaia's flagship for house and techno is still taking over Ibiza — like the crazed colony of mutated musical insects they are — thanks in no small part to prized resident and party leader Andrea Oliva.
Those of you stuck in your home town unable to make the epic closing party in Ibiza on Saturday 19th September, worry not! We're flying over the ANTS king for a special set on Egg LDN's ground floor for the next DJ Mag Sessions that night. In support, we have the strong sounds of Okain and The Willers Brothers.
As if that's not enough, DJ Mag cover star Paul Woolford, aka Special Request, is taking on the Terrace's meaty soundsystem, military style, alongside emerging talent Adesse Versions, whose hit on Numbers ('Pride') earlier this year — among other classy deep house cuts — already has him down as an office favourite.
Hot on the heels of our huge showcase of Detroit Swindle's The Great Escape brand in July, which had Egg LDN as full as, um, an egg all night, we're going to town — big time — once again at north London's busiest den of iniquity. With the likes of Yousef's Circus, Eastern Electrics and Nick Curly's Trust doing the business there in recent weeks, it appears we're in good company!
