Anja visits Melting Point; a store she used to shop at weekly during her formative years as a DJ. She recalls memories of vinyl culture in Berlin, as she picks out contemporary and classic house and techno records.

The Berliner is well known for her influence on the radio. Her popular 17 year show, Dance Under The Blue Moon, which is broadcast on Fritz Radio, played a key role in highlighting electronic music’s rising stars; whilst now Schneider is deep into her new radio project, Club Room, a weekly Friday night prime-time show on Radio Eins.

In 2005 Anja founded the successful label Mobilee; a project which she stepped away from to launch her imprint, Sous Music, in 2017. The label has since seen a string of releases from Schneider herself alongside Madben, Markus Suckut and Francesca Lombardo.
