Excellent house duo of Feel My Bicep acclaim launch label of same name with first release 'Vision of Love', out 24th September.
The London-based duo responsible for blog/party Feel My Bicep have been winning hearts with releases on Love Fever, Aus and Throne of Blood in recent months, and with their crate-digging DJ sets incorporating everything from Chicago house, disco and US garage.
Making no secret of their affinity with '90s house music, all three tracks of 'FMB01' tap as much into the sound of old Todd Terry and early Strictly Rhythm records as it does today's vogue for bringing vintage house styles bang up to date. Infusing lush chords, diva vocal samples and slammin' beats into a recipe that oozes pure dance energy, its signature sound is one that, while not reinventing the wheel, guarantees a dancefloor punch.
