The Burlington Project Offers Upcoming Producers An Outlet

Offering upcoming artists and producers an online forum to promote and sell music, The Burlington Project launches this Saturday 5th April with Berlin's Tigerskin, Dirt Crew and a warehouse party with a difference.

If you're an upcoming producer, artist or promoter looking for your break into the big time then a new website from Casio's G-SHOCK might just be able to hand it to you. Designed to promote unsigned and undiscovered music, the Burlington Project provides an easy-to-use online community that allows users to promote and sell both signed and unsigned music.

Users can create profiles, upload their hot new productions, customise their biogs and add photos. Basically, think Myspace without the weirdo cyber voyeurs, Facebook without the endlessly pointless applications, think about a website designed for the music and people who are intent on sharing and nurturing it. That's the Burlington Project .

Helping G SHOCK promote the Burlington Project's endeavours are Ibiza's Vitalik crew – Joe Upton and Ryan O'Gorman. Two men that know all about creative promotion, the Vitalik duo are well known for their infamous cave raves across the White Isle and together they've put assembled a London warehouse party with a difference to launch the Burlington Project . Taking place this Friday 5th April within East London's Cable Street Studios, the launch party will reign over three separate spaces as well as the party bus of the G SHOCK tough bus.

In the main Unit 7 space, its cutting-edge electronic beats all the way with live performances from two underground Berlin sensations - Tigerskin and the all conquering Dirt Crew – as well as support from and Mulletover main man Geddes and Ryan O'Gorman himself. A second space will get down to Union DJs who will be keeping things punky, funky and raucous as well as Wet Yourself residents Husley & Guns whilst the third C4 area wiggles to Italian underground icons and Circo Loco residents System Of Survival amongst others.

As it that wasn't enough, the venue's Victorian factory walls will be illuminated by some of London's most talented VJs whilst the converted routemaster of the G-SHOCK tough bus will be manned by the Size Doesn't Matter DJs. For just £10 you cant really argue – be there for the start of it all. For more information check out www.burlingtonproject.co.uk
