Clarks meets Trojan Records

To mark 40 years of their Desert Trek Boots

In celebration of 40 years of Clarks' Desert Trek Boots, the iconic shoe brand has launched a collaboration with equally iconic reggae label Trojan Records.

Reviving a classic hit by Jamaican vocal trio The Pioneers, 1973's 'Let Your Yeah Be Yeah', Clarks have recruited four renowned producers to create four exclusive and diverse mixes, Toddla T (UK), Mighty Crown (Japan), Riva Starr (Italy) and Tokimonsta (USA).

The first track, which is reworked by Toddla T, is available now on the Clarks Originals website for free download. Toddla T has a permanent slot on BBC Radio 1 and is a major supporter of Jamaican reggae and dancehall culture.

The next release is from  Mighty Crown on the 3rd of September, followed by Riva Starr on the 6th of August and finally Tokimonsta on the 1st of October.
