DANCEFAIR HITS UTRECHT THIS MONTH

The Netherlands and more directly Amsterdam is well known for its mammoth Music Conference ADE, however there is another event that is taking place that whilst isn’t on the grand scale as ADE is still an attraction for all involved in the electronic dance music scene, Dancefair.

Dancefair is billed as an educational event for upcoming DJs, producers and events’ organizers with its focus mainly on the industry side of dance music culture comprising of more than 200 seminars, workshops and panels. Joining the line up of over 60 top international artists from the electronic music scene will be Hardwell, who was recently voted N0.1 DJ in the world in our TOP 100 DJ awards and five times winner Armin van Buuren aiming to offer inspiration to as many as 5,000 DJs and producers who will be in attendance.

Workshops over the weekend of the 15th and 16th February will include music production, music law, time management and ‘Demodrop', where more than 70 record labels will be scouting for new talent which makes Dancefair the place for DJs and producers to put themselves in the spotlight in front of major record labels like Armada, Spinnin' Records, CR2, Powerhouse Music, Mixmash and Revealed.

There will also be an exhibition floor featuring some of the hottest brands in the production scene including Native Instruments, Ableton, Roland, Novation, Gemini, Rob Papen, Senheisser, Universal Audio, Arturia, Stanton, Korg, Hercules, Moog, Focusrite, Vestax, KRK, Adam, Serato, PMC, Avid, Prime, SPL, AIAIAI, API, Tip Top Audio, Røde, Icon, UVI, Studiowood, Sonoris, Grimm, Prism Sound and many more.

Dancefair is shaping up to be a weekend of industry excellence and is definitely worth a look for anyone who is passionate about the electronic music scene, taking place over the weekend of the 15th & 16th February at Jaarbuers, Utrecht, Netherlands.
