David Guetta and Black Coffee reveal unlikely collaboration, ‘Drive’

Dream team?....

David Guetta and Black Coffee have announced a surprise collaboration in the form of upcoming new single 'Drive'.

Set for release next Friday (24th August), the new track sees icon of the underground Black Coffee team up with mainstream titan David Guetta, while soulful singer Delilah Montagu is on vocal duties.

The track will drop via Ultra Music, which is the label responsible for Black Coffee's ' Pieces of Me'  album from 2016.

So far, only the single artwork has been revealed, which features a photo of a vintage sports car (obviously) with the red and blue contrast maxed out. There's a summer vibe to the snap, which could indicate the tune's sunny disposition.

This isn't the first collaboration news from Guetta in 2018.

In April, Martin Garrix shared a picture of himself and the Parisian master in an LA studio together, immediately igniting rumours of another team-up track.

The pair previously worked together on a song that included vocals by Ellie Goulding.

Sadly, the project ended in disaster when Goulding's team asked for her vocals to be removed from the song as a result of a lack of communication from the EDM giants' camp.
