Deadmau5 reveals he’s been working on a new soundtrack project

Deadmau5 has proved his multi-platform chops once again by revealing his latest soundtrack project.
Taking to Twitter, the Canadian producer (real name Joel Thomas Zimmerman) gave his fans an update on the nearly-finished record.
"Putting some last touches in on this soundtrack i've been working on, then its back in the show production / music making seat," wrote Deadmau5.

However, he wasn't ready to drop all the details just yet and told a fan the identity of the music would be revealed "when its done".
Back in June, the Canadian DJ apologised to fans for a lack of new music and revealed he was working on a film score.
"Sorry for the music draught," he began. "Been working the lonesome graveyard shift a lot lately on a film score."
Could this new soundtrack be the same thing he told us about earlier this summer?
Beyond the movie score, Deadmau5 is expected to drop 'mau5ville: Level 2' on mau5trap next month, after teasing the project earlier in August.
