The mau5trap don reminds us just how into gaming he is...

Deadmau5 has released another instalment of his famous ‘Coffee Run' videos, but this one come with a twist – it features a rare guest from outside the music world.

It’s no secret that Deadmau5 loves gaming and in the latest edition of the series the prolific producer meets with with Canadian pro-gamer, and fellow PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds fanatic, Shroud.

Deadmau5 – real name Joel Zimmerman – recently relaunched his YouTube series , which sees him take off his mask to drive around and have a chat with a variety of guests.

Coffee Runs reviously featured artists like Dillon Francis, Skrillex and more recently, Getter.

With the launch of his own video game imminent, it’s no surprise that he is channelling other corners of the tech world in this new video.

Deadmau5’s debut video game sees him pioneer a new first-person shooter concept, which he teased on Twitter in April, saying it was in the very early stages of ‘alpha alpha’ testing.

He’s also announced that he’s building a gaming centre in Canada to go alongside the release, where gamers can join him to get busy on the consoles.

Deadmau5 recently shared his much anticipated orchestral album ‘where’s the drop?’ and more recently, his new EP – which features a collaboration with Pendulum’s Rob Swire – ‘mauville: Level 1’.
