DJTRX vs. DJmag competition!

Whatever kind of music you produce, from gnarly hard house to deep underground techno, minimal to electronic hip-hop, DJTRX is for you.

The premier Dutch online platform for new dance music producers, the site aims to provide an easy-to-use-portal that allows artists of the future to get their music out there. By uploading music to the site, producers can have their tracks rated by other producers, get recognised and even bag a non-exclusive record contract with DJTRX.

When they think that a track is hot enough, the site will offer the author a special 50/50 split contract to sell their music through download sites such as Audiojelly and Beatport.

Now DJmag has hooked up with DJTRX to launch a special new contest for budding beatsmiths. Simply upload your best tracks here to the London Calling/DJTRX site. Five lucky finalists will have the chance to perform at a party on Thursday 28th June organised by DJTRX and DJmag in a line-up that includes Don Diablo, 100% Isis and Miss Etain. Their performance will be captured on video and broadcast the following day at Pioneer's main stage at the London Calling conference. A panel of DJs and music pundits will judge the event, including Don Diablo and 100% Isis. The overall winner will get a whole day's free studio time in one of the renowned SAE Studios.

Tracks can be uploaded in MP3 format at www.londoncalling.djtrx.com. All tunes will be judged on their danceability, production, composition, professionalism, originality and performance. The contest closes on Saturday 23rd June.
