Uber - Carlisle’s biggest club promoters - return this Bank Holiday Weekend (23rd–24th August) with their biggest and best line up to date. And this is no mean feat, considering James Zabiela and Riva Starr have been recent guests to the Northern England institution.
This year’s weekender expands from Uber’s new home The Venue into the adjoining Botanica venue creating outdoor space befitting of an August Bank Holiday party of this scale.
Topping the bill are two heavyweights of dance music. Saturday welcomes Fatboy Slim, and Sunday is all about MK. They will be joined by James Zabiela, Riva Starr, Richy Ahmed, Todd Terry and Tom Flynn, creating the biggest line up ever seen in England’s most northern city.
“The line-up speaks for itself,” promoter Matt Tyson tells us, “we really have pushed ourselves to deliver something that has never been seen in Carlisle, this is a line up worthy of gracing many festivals or Ibizan clubs. There’s two nights with an act for everyone from huge headliners, to cutting edge house and techno acts. We are also introducing a new outdoor space and another room inside the club allowing us to add some great production as well.”
