Deadmau5 sent a fan a jar of toilet water in the mail

Deadmau5 sent a fan a mason jar of toilet water in the mail and charged them $50 for it, all in the name of charity. 

The mau5trap boss had announced via his Twitch stream in January that he would auction off a bottle of his aptly dubbed eau de toilette and donate the proceeds to the Extra Life children's charity.

This was, of course, all in response to the news that Dutch EDM star Hardwell was releasing his own fragrance, Eclipse. "See Hardwell? I can push this shit too,” he said said during the stream. “And I didn’t have to go to a board meeting or nothing.”

Anyway, it took less than a minute to sell and now the "lucky" fan has recieved the water from the DJ/producer's toilet in the mail along with a signed photo of Deadmau5 and his cat. The fan shared the news on Reddit and you can have a look at it below.

This is not the first time Deadmau5 has supported the Extra Life charity, which hosts international video game fundraising events for children's hospitals. In August 2017, he spent $15,000 on a bottle of Szechuan sauce with all the money going to Extra Life and Ablegamers. Earlier this month he donated over $50,000 dollars to the charity between his own Twitch stream and that of another gamer.
