The first interactive club launches

Coldcut's esteemed Ninja Tune label has gone head to head with experimental internet radio station last.fm</a> to create the world's first user generated club.

All the tracks played at this special event, due to take place at the Big Chill House on London's Pentonville Road on Saturday 2nd June, will be selected by Last.fm users. The website selects music according to what the listener plays on their PC or MP3, then DJ Sparky will play those tracks on the night, as chosen by users in the upstairs room at the venue and effectively making the audience the DJ.

It will be the first time that the innovative site has taken a step outside the virtual world, and the night promises to be a belter with guest performances and DJs including Ross Allen, beatbox champ Beardyman, Xrabit & Turtle Handz. Kanye West's tour DJ A-Trak and duo du jour Dan Le Sac & Scroobius Pip still to be confirmed. Check out last.fm and register now.
