Get the sound of the classic Akai S950 sampler in your DAW with this new plugin from MD. Made famous by the likes of Fatboy Slim, Moby, Depeche Mode and Dr. Dre, the S950 was one of the most popular samplers in the 90s and early 00s. Its 12-bit converters and Butterworth filter gave it a crunchy, vintage but warm sound, which is mimicked in the plugin. With four controls it’s a simple affair and is priced accordingly at only €19.
