The house that Tensnake built

Win his new Defected compilation

It’s official; the world is going bananas over Tensnake. ‘Coma Cat’, his ‘80s tinged slice of nu-disco cum house, has been gathering unstoppable momentum over the course of the year, making it from the club to the radio while still sounding as fresh now as the first time we heard it – a rarity in these over-saturated times.

At the same time he’s been snapped up by Defected who, following their relationship with Riva Starr, are showing a keen eye for attracting the hottest underground talent and helping break them to a wider audience.

The fruits of this new relationship is ‘Tensnake in the House’, a double CD compilation that showcases Tensnake’s skills as a DJ. And Defected have kindly given us two copies to give away.

To enter the competition answer this simple question: which label originally released 'Coma Cat'?

Send your answer, plus full name, contact number and address to [email protected] and we'll pick a winner on the 1st October.

In the meantime, here's his mini-mix for Annie Mac.
