Scottish producer Hudson Mohawke has shared the full version of the EDM parody track he created especially for Sacha Baron Cohen’s new Showtime series, Who Is America. You can listen below.

‘Cell-by-date’, described as a “troll track”, featured last week in a segment of the show in which Cohen played a character called Ricky Sherman, otherwise known as DJ 5olitary. An ex-convict, he tries to forge a career as a DJ using his experience in prison.

The track, produced by Hudson Mohawke, is played out at a gig that Sherman manages to wrangle at a club in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It features samples of sex noises, flushing toilets and people being stabbed amongst other sounds.

Hudson Mohawke revealed on Twitter last week that he was behind the track after the show aired.

DJ 5olitary also last week launched a Twitter account in the wake of the show.
