JAMIE JONES POSTS LA STUDIO PICTURE, WE GET JEALOUS

Hot Creations boss Jamie Jones – not content with redefining house music in the UK and Europe – is now carving a similar path through the USA.

Yesterday he posted a picture on Facebook of his ‘temporary’ LA studio, and producers worldwide wept with envy.

Overlooking the Californian city, Jones’ set up includes the classic Roland TR–909 and Oberheim DMX drum machines, a Roland TB–303 bass synth plus a vintage Akai MPC–3000 and some incredibly slick (and not cheap at almost $10k) Barefoot Sound monitors.

We look forward to hearing the latest output from this enviable studio environment. It will soften the blow from our paralysing hardware envy!
