KID ACNE TO CREATE STAGE AT UNKNOWN

Fire and Brimstone, coming to Croatia

Unknown Croatia have revealed an innovative collaboration with Street Artist 'Kid Acne' to create a special arena entitled 'Fire and Brimstone'.

Unknown is put together by the teams behind Field Day, The Warehouse Project and Hideout and - taking place in September - promises to provide the perfect climax to the Croatian festival season.

With the reputation British festivals have gained for breathtaking stage shows (think back to Boomtown's mighty 'Arcadia' Spider or the terrific burning 'pyro-mid' stage at Glade), festival goers are able to experience unforgettable visual as well as sonic expertise, and Unknown demonstrate their awareness of this element with their latest announcement.

Built entirely from stratch by Newcastle-based art collective and gallery Unit44 with reputed street artist Kid Acne, who is a hip-hop producer himself, the stage will play host to an astounding musical line-up, with Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Actress, Henrik Schwartz, Kerri Chandler and Floating Points amongst the selection.

In addition, the stage will include a BBQ and block party and will be positioned in a secluded spot in the forestry of the festival site, featuring new works by Kid Acne.
