KNIFE PARTY CONFIRMED FOR ELECTRIC FESTIVAL

Aruban music event boasts five days of electronic music exploration

After their successful inauguration in 2013, Electric Festival returns to the white shores of Aruba in the Dutch Caribbean from Wednesday September 3rd to Sunday September 7th.

Standing as both an electronic music festival and conference, welcoming some of the world's finest DJs and industry speakers, this five-day event — aimed chiefly at the North and South American markets — showcases the best in big-room dance music whilst also providing a dynamic, international networking environment.

The first artists to be confirmed include the likes of Knife Party, Lil John, Loco Dice, DJ Carnage, Fellow, Boris, Hector, Karixon and EF founder Chuckie, with many more to be added to the extensive list in the coming weeks.

Noisy double-act Knife Party formed out of Australian drum & bass act Pendulum, and are one of the biggest duos in the world — currently at No.25 in the DJ Mag top 100 DJs poll. Check their 'Bonfire' here:

Stretched to five days for the 2014 installment, EF offers a large-scale festival experience along with an elaborate conference program that will involve pool parties, industry seminars and, of course, two stages housing an unforgettable party atmosphere.

The conference is organised in collaboration with the renowned Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) — well known as a necessary fixture for dance music enthusiasts and professionals the world over every October.

The conference and festival are devised to compliment each other, creating a breeding ground for all forms of electronic music engagement; recreational and professional.

The full ADE agenda and further additions to the line-up will be revealed in the coming weeks.
