London Electronic Music Event

A weekend of masterclasses, tutorials and networking, 18th-19th Feb

Taking place on the 18th and 19th of February at Alchemea in North London, the London Electronic Music Event is a weekend of masterclasses, tutorials and networking for the electronic music community featuring Toolroom Records, Buzzin' Fly, DJ Mag, Soundcloud and more.

Our very own editor Ben Murphy will be on hand as part of a discussion called 'How to Survive (and Thrive) in Today's Industry' while Ben Watt is in conversation with the opportunity to put questions to him. Young Punx will be sharing their experience on touring with Dizzee Rascal, Toolroom talk about building an electronic brand and The Nextmen lift the lid of songwriting and producing popular artists like Plan B and Groove Armada.

With production workshops, like a 'NI Massive masterclass' and 'The art of mastering', business and marketing talks including 'Working blogs: The PR machine' and 'An introduction to record contracts', and a whole host of other attractions including a demo doctor and qualified legal advice, it's the ideal way to help get your foot in the door of the music industry, whatever your angle.
