MARC ROYAL UNVEILS AMBIENT ALBUM

T-Power leaves drum & bass behind for downtempo opus 'The Lazy Nine'

Marc Royal has had a prodigious history in breakbeat music. His early work was in hardcore before he made his name as T-Power in drum & bass, releasing singles such as 'Police State' and the artcore jungle cut 'Mutant Jazz' with pal MK Ultra.

He went on to do the Chocolate Weasel project on Ninja Tune before teaming with Shy FX for a slew of successful drum & bass cuts, including the top ten hit 'Shake Ur Body'.

Since moving to Canada last decade, he's left drum & bass behind and his latest project 'The Lazy Nine' album — using his name for the first time — is a downtempo delight.
