Martin Garrix and Carl Cox’s documentary ‘What We Started’ will get a worldwide release from March 23rd where it will be available to stream via on-demand services like iTunes in over 100 countries.

The film is also set to get the red carpet treatment on 22nd March at The Regal South Beach where Martin Garrix, Carl Cox and David Guetta will all be in attendance.

Directly after the film, a Q&A regarding the documentary, with Martin Garrix, Carl Cox, Tiësto and more, will be hosted inside the theatre for fans and media.

The next day will be the 20th Ultra Music Festival in Miami where all the stars of the documentary will be playing the festival.

Featuring an impressive cast of electronic dance music superstars, including Carl Cox and Martin Garrix, the critically acclaimed documentary explores the past, present and future of electronic dance music.

In anticipation of the documentary's release, the film’s makers have shared a never-before-scene clip (below) which focuses on the impact ‘Animals’ had on Martin Garrix’s career early on.

In other Garrix news, the EDM wunderkind will be returning to Ibiza for his annual residency at Ushuaïa hotel this summer.
