Another 90's baby raised on hip-hop and now versed in the arts of sweet, sensual house music, Cali Bay Area boy Nick Monaco has found his spiritual home on Soul Clap's label.
Out a few weeks ago, his sexy/sinister 'The Stalker' EP (buy here) shows a touch for crafting funk jams with live instrumentation and vocals that provide more substance than your average club banger, and follows releases for dirtybird and AirDrop.
To celebrate its release, we have the video exclusive of 'The Stalker' (which comes with a rather tasty Soul Clap remix on the single, alongside another from Tanner Ross and three more tracks).
Nick recently teamed up with Wolf + Lamb and Cajual regular Russoul for 'Festival Erotika', a peak time belter due out in March. Somewhere on the back burner is also an album, slowly but surely boiling away, the enticing scent of which you'll get to fully savour in the latter half of 2014...
