PREMIERE: DJ MUGGS DEBUTS NEW SUPER GROUP
A track from the Cypress Hill founder’s latest project, Cross My Heart Hope To Die
Grammy Nominated Cypress Hill founder DJ Muggs has joined forces with producer Andrew Kline, seasoned hip-hop singer Brevi and artistic curator Sean Bonner for an eclectic multimedia project called, Cross My Heart Hope To Die.
Their forthcoming downtempo alt rock album, Vita E Morte, set for release July 29 on Alpha Pup, features sumptuous trip-hop elements and expert record scratches from the nimble-fingered Muggs.
DJ Mag has the premiere of "Tears Of God" off the LP, which serves as a shining indicator of the atmospheric aural stimulation that is surely too follow from this assemblage of talent that makes up Cross My Heart Hope To Die.
