Premiere: Groove Armada ‘For You’

Groove Armada are back! The legendary UK electronic duo of Andy Cato and Tom Findlay are marking the 20th anniversary of their debut LP ‘Northern Star’ with a brand new EP on Waze & Odyssey Street Tracks imprint, set for release this Friday 11th May.

The ‘L’esprit d’escalier’ EP features three brand new cuts from the duo behind iconic hits ‘Superstylin’ and ‘I See You Baby’ (among many others). It finds them on classic quality form but with their feet firmly in the modern, showing us all that two decades into their career, they remain well on the cutting edge.

‘For You’ - premiering below – is a fiery minimal house trip decorated with dizzying atmosphere, filtered, deep melody and rusty vocal samples.

Speaking of the track, Dindlay told DJ Mag, “Andy and I recently got together to make some more underground sounding tracks that show the other side of our dance floor influences, a house music sound we've always stayed close to over the years. Luckily our pals Waze & Odyssey run one of our very favourite UK house labels, and we’re very happy to have finally have some music on their label. Hope you get to hear this on a dancefloor soon."
