PREMIERE: JAGERVERB 'GORLITZER'

How do you like them Pommes?

Jagerverb is a Berlin expat who's been causing quite the stir recently, and the 'Pomme EP' justifies the hype. Though Jagerverb resides in the techno capital of the world, his hard-hitting progressive electro cuts are a far cry from the dark, dubby techno sounds of Berghain.

The type of progressive anthems that Jagerverb consistently produces at the moment are tracks that come along very rarely in the scene, and with support from names like Daniel Avery, Erol Alkan and Simian Mobile Disco you can be guaranteed that his tracks are going to become not-so-secret weapons in a lot more DJs' record bags very soon. The EP will be released on 9th February on Dr Lektroluv's imprint Lektroluv Records.

Whilst the A-side 'Pomme' has been receiving love through Gorgon City's Essential Mix, Simian Mobile Disco's sets and Justin Robertson's mixes, the B-side 'Gorlitzer' is just as good — and we've managed to get a first listen of this euphoric electro banger. Listen below:
