Trip hop innovator returns with remixes for 'Everything'

It’s been 18 years since one of the savviest women in music and distinguished innovator of trip hop, Neneh Cherry has released new music. The world welcomed her back with hungry ears and happy hearts, as Cherry released her fourth studio album Blank Project in February of 2014.

'Everything,' a seven-minute single off the LP, serves as a glowing example of why the album was garnered as an outside-the-box reincarnation and acute reminder of Cherry’s multi-faceted, unyeilding raw talent.

On June 23, a remix bundle for 'Everything' drops with fresh edits of the subversive tune. Ibiza hero, Loco Dice has taken Cherry into house waters, still highlighting her tight vocals through a warbled filter, breathing sweet synth into the track and making it a prime remix for late night’s on the dancefloor.

DJ Mag has the premiere of the remix from Loco Dice below.

The original single is also accompanied by a video from legendary fashion photographer and music video maker Jean Baptiste Mondino. One continuous in camera shot made in Paris, it is more iconic image making from Neneh and Mondino. See the original below.
