Tim Sheridan launches new label

DJ Tim Sheridan has launched a new record label - Very Very Wrong Indeed Recordings. Bearing the same name as his infamous after-hours parties, the imprint will focus on releasing music inspired by the uniquely twisted events and created by some of the young producers and DJs who've frequented them.

"Myself and manager Grant Heinrich started the label as a by-product of my after-hours," Sheridan explained. "I found that young producers and local resident DJs were constantly approaching me with CDs and so often their music was just brilliant. When I played some of these tunes, next to some very high profile quality German tracks, it was the unknown tracks that had the spotters stampeding to the booth! It's at that point you think you have to get the tracks out."

Very Very Wrong Indeed Recordings will focus on releasing music by both known and aspiring new DJ/producers, with established heads like King Roc, Jon Carter, Andre Crom, Shane Watcha and Spektre rubbing shoulders with Josh Tweek, Zigmund Slezak and Adrian Martin.
"They're prime examples of pure young talent who need to be heard," said Sheridan.
The new label has a slew of releases ready to bust, with Andre Crom's 'Emergency Room EP' out 5th September, Tim Sheridan and Spektre's 'Bitter Northern Bastard/Rise of the Liar EP' on 26th September, and a single from Josh Tweek on 17th October.

The label will also embark on a special tour touching down at Dead Disco, Leeds, on 7th September; The End, London, on 9th September; El Divino, Ibiza, on 11th September; The Key, London, on 22nd September; a secret free party in Ibiza, on 8th October; and Tripod Dublin, Ireland, on 9th November. Checking out one of more of these tour dates would be very very right!
