Sasha remix competition with Burn Studios
Win a chance to collaborate with DJ and producer Sasha!
Burn Studios is teaming up with Beatport and legendary DJ Sasha to offer the chance for up-and-coming new producers to prove their talent.
To take part in this competition, producers from all over Europe can upload their mixes of Sasha’s new release ‘Cut Me Down’ to www.burn-studios.com.
The winning producers will be flown to the Burn Studios Hacienda in Ibiza, a state of the art equipped villa where Burn Studios will relocate for the summer. They will then take part in a 5-day intensive production bootcamp from 26th July to 30th July developed by SAE Institute, which includes mentoring sessions and master classes from some of the biggest names in the industry.
Throughout this time winners will share their remixes online and get the public voting for their favourite. Then, at the end of the Hacienda program, the student with the most overall votes and support for their remix will go on to be crowned winner and be awarded the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Sasha on a release for his new label Last Night On Earth.
To get involved download remix parts on burn-studios.com or from Beatport. Then create your remix using burn studios audiotool the free online studio app. All entrants must be uploaded by the 10th July 2011. But remember, if you don't have a Burn Studios profile you will have to create one first. Make sure to tag your entry with this code: sasharmx
From 26th July to 30th July the lucky fourteen contestants who will be part taking in the five days of boot camp. These winners will be announced on 14th July on the Burn Studios website. Also please read the terms & conditions before you enter the competition. Good luck!
