SHAUN REEVES 'CDV'

British house label Hatchwork have issued us a free download of Shaun Reeve's new tune 'CDV'.

One of the founders of global techno supergroup Visionquest alongside Seth Troxler, Lee Curtiss and Ryan Crosson, Reeves has made his name as one of today's key pioneers of tech-house, producing everything from clinical techno to warmer, atmospheric house. 

The track, a tribute to Berlin's much-loved afterhours hang out (Club der Visionaere), is a deep-set affair rich with textbook elements of house; melodic synths, a reassuring 4/4 rhythm and rolling bassline. With a slick vocal snippet thrown into the mix, the result is an impressive example of Reeve's quality as a producer.
