The techno rave in a military bunker this summer has been extended to 79 hours

2018's dates have also now changed...

The German techno rave in a disused military bunker this summer has been extended to a mammoth 79 hours.

The event, Her Damit, was due to hold its fourth edition between 1st and 3rd June in the former-military outpost of Freudenberg, but those dates were postponed due to the risk of wildfires in the wider Brandenburg region. The new dates are 7th - 10th September.

Organisers have also announced an extended programme, meaning the party will now last for over three days. The location remains unchanged, as does the majority of the line-up, which includes Shed, Shifted, Norman Nodge, Roi Perez, Roman Flügel, Eris Drew, DJ Boring, I Hate Models and Italojohnson.

Given the solid techno soundtrack on offer the location makes perfect sense, although Her Damit isn't the only festival to use this kind of setting— 5001, which will be held next month, and late-June's Solid-Grounded, are both also held in old army complexes in countryside close to Berlin. For full details on Her Damit check the official website
