THOMAS GOLD’S 5 MOST MONSTROUS GIGS

Gold shares beastly event memories to kickoff his single “Beast”

The last time Thomas Gold took over NYC’s Governors Beach he pulled out all the stops, including a live drumline, for a show of high voltage proportions.

Now he’s gearing up for a triumphant return on August 2- only this time Gold’s doubling down with two sets at Governors Beach as well as Pacha NYC. Expect to hear myriad Thomas Gold anthems, including his latest single with Borgeous entitled, “Beast,” out now on Spinnin Records.

We asked Thomas Gold to unlock his own beat-laden beast with a look back at his most monstrous live event memories. Check them out below, after the jump.

1. TOMORROWLAND, BELGIUM
“Incredible vibe, all those flags from different nations in front of you - goosebumps!”

2. ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL, LAS VEGAS
“Similar to Tomorrowland - it’s just so huge!”

3. USHUAIA, IBIZA
“It’s such a beautiful place to perform, open air, huge stage at the pool, thousands of dancing people and you can watch the sunset while you spin records.”

4. ROSELAND BALLROOM, NEW YORK
“I had the chance to host a night at this amazing old theatre, it was one of the most impressive shows I’ve ever played! The combination of those vintage historical elements with modern dance music and a crazy NYC crowd gave me the thrills!”

5. GREEN VALLEY, BRAZIL
“This place is unique - a huge open air space in the middle of the jungle with thousands of people rocking in to the morning light. I loved playing there.”
