Tiësto’s headline slot on the main stage is going to get one hell of a pyrotechnics show...

Tomorrowland attendees will get a prime view of the longest total lunar eclipse of the century, a Blood Moon, according to astrologers.

Taking place in the appropriately-named Belgian city of Boom, the dates for this year's Tomorrowland are Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd July, and Friday 27th to Sunday 29th July.

The Blood Moon will be most visible over the Eastern Hemisphere, including parts of Central Asia and Eastern Africa as well as Europe, when it takes place on Friday 27th July. That means weekend two attendees will get front row seats of the longest total lunar eclipse of the century.

The Blood Moon is thought to peak in Europe at 10:21pm CET, as Tiësto headlines the main stage.

The full Tomorrowland programme and running times were revealed at the beginning of this month, shortly before word hit that a planned 48-hour strike by Ryanair staff could impact on ticket holders hoping to attend the second weekend.
