Love it or hate it, our Top 100 DJs poll is back! Following last year's turnout, which saw an unprecedented amount of you (almost half a million!) vote in your droves on Facebook, this year's innings is expected to be even more dramatic.
Never devoid of tears, cheers and jeers, DJ Mag Top 100 DJs is the most definitive, prestigious and internationally renowned poll of its kind, described by four-times winner Armin Van Buuren as “the Oscars for dance music”.
And he ain't wrong. Boasting arguably the most gargantuan dance music award ceremony on the planet – last year's took place at Amsterdam's Passenger Terminal during ADE – and accepted as the industry standard for DJ talent globally, it's the DJ poll than every man and his dog want a piece of.
David Guetta even admitted that winning the Top 100 last year meant more to him than topping the US Billboards for pity's sake!
So, to launch the voting for this behemothic bonanza we've decided to throw a little industry soiree on the terrace Proud2 on Wednesday 27th June with Top 100 talent old and new – MYNC, John B, Lange – plus support from Spektre and DJ Mag Allstars.
To bag a pair of tickets send the answer to the following question to firstname.lastname@example.org before Tuesday 26th June...
Who won the Top 100 in 2010?
a) David Guetta
b) Armin Van Buuren
