Top 100 DJs 2008 is a resounding success as over 2000 people pack into Ministry for our poll winners party!
A big thank you to the 2,000 plus people who came down to Ministry on Wednesday night for our Top 100 DJs awards party. The night was fantastic, with great sets from Deadmau5, Mark Knight, Laidback Luke, Kyau & Albert, Marcus Schulz, Marco Lenzi, Fedde le Grand, Josh Gabriel, David Guetta and of course this years No.1 DJ Armin van Buuren!
Beardyman hosted the awards in his inimitable style and truly brought the house down with his beatbox assaination of Ministry's thundering soundsystem. For those who couldn't get in - please accept our apologies - we had a queue a quarter of a mile long before doors even opened and it had to be a case of first come first served!
A massive thank-you to all the DJs who came along on the night and made the event as special as it was and to the staff at Ministry who helped the night run smoothly. Also big shouts to any of you crazy characters who joined DJmag at the Lightbox afterparty - where things got truly twisted!
