Italian alpine festival unleashes pre-festival series of events
There ain't a much better way to get people excited about a wicked party than to, well, throw a wicked party – or 12.
Hence, the announcement that Vertigo Festival – the house and techno festival on the mountaintops of Italy's Piemont Region taking place 15 – 17 August – has a flurry of events planned between 31st March to 20th July.
Among the names, Fiesta, X Presents and SolidGrooves stand out, part of a series of one-off Vertigo-branded events stretching across the UK, encroaching London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Durham, with one, hosted by Rhienrhythmik, stopping at a secret location in Cologne.
Dusted, NoVus, White Jail, NOVA, ELM and 4 Day Weekend, are the promotions who'll deliver the likes of MANIK, Mark Henning Burnski, Guti (live), Mathais Kaden, Kate Simko, Alexis Raphael and Simon Baker across a range of venues, including Egg, Cargo, The Rainbow and Joshua Brooks.
The announcement comes with the news that Krankbrother, Cartulis and Unleash are also on board the Vertigo train to programme parties, joining the likes of ViVa Warriors, Culprit and Cadenza at the event (READ MORE).
