Who's behind it?
Token Records began in 2007, the brainchild of Belgian DJ/producer Kr!z. Kr!z is the resident DJ at the legendary Kozzmozz parties in Ghent — the Belgian town that's been so crucial to the longevity of techno in Europe over the last 20 years or so. It's been notable for putting out a lot of quality techno vinyl over the past few years.
Sounds like?
Techno, mainly. Powerful, mostly. Dark, often. Quality electronic music, always.
Who's on it?
Inigo Kennedy, Ø Phase, Ctrls, Rødhåd , Xhin, Mark Broom, Oscar Mulero, Go Hiyama and more. In its time the label has commissioned remixes by Surgeon, Blawan, Ben Klock, James Ruskin, Marcel Dettmann, Planetary Assault Systems, Sigha, Peter Van Hoesen and many more.

Everyone from Blawan to Robert Hood, Ben Klock to Mosca, Jeff Mills to Len Faki, Dave Clarke to Untold. And then some.

The debut Token compilation 'Introspective' mixed by Kr!z, the firstØ Phase single from his forthcoming debut album, and a new devastating EP by Inigo Kennedy.
