Voom Voom In NYC
Peter Kruder's new crew Voom Voom are to play a special gig at award-winning NYC club Cielo.
On Tuesday March 24th, Munich-Viennese outfit, Voom Voom will perform at New York's award winning club Cielo in support of their debut album 'Voom Voom Peng Peng'.
Voom Voom is a trio made of Peter Kruder (of Kruder & Dorfmeister Fame), Christian Prommer and Roland Appel - better known as Truby Trio and Fauna Flash.
To determine if this new group's sound has something to do with automobile purrs, we gave a quick listen to some featured tracks on its official website (where you can also get a free track download) and we discovered a twisted minimal techno sounding concoction that fans of tasteful electro or deep house will approvingly tap their feet to.

Not only is this Voom Voom's first appearance in the US but also in typical fashion of a Giant Step promoted concert, it will be the only one held until who knows when, so if you are a Kruder & Dorfmeister or Truby Trio/Fauna Flash fan, you know that is one event not to be missed, even if it's on a Tuesday night.
