BEFORE THE DAY AFTER

It’s cold in the Eastern Hemisphere. And as the temperature continues to drop with the velocity of a big-room banger, DJ Mag USA is ready for a break. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect from The Day After Festival, coming  January 15-17 to Panama City. We’ll be ditching the scarf, grabbing the sunblock and heading south of the border for the following reasons... 

The Skyline 
Panama’s skyline is one of the most distinctive in the world and comes to life at night with numerous architectural gems. 

Star Appeal 
You never know who might show up. Usher could turn up on the scene with festival organizer Disco Donnie and Afrojack for a surprise cameo ... maybe, we don’t want to ruin the surprise. 

Oliver Heldens 
At The Day After Fest, everyone gets to see talent on the way up. Last year Oliver Heldens performed, who has since seen a large jump to #12 in the Top 100 DJ polls.  

Pimpin’ Production 
The crew working the festival’s production is one of the best in Central/ South America. One might call the whole thing ... explosive.  

Venue 
If the idea of being surrounded by the open-air charm of  Panama City’s Figali Plaza doesn't get you amped, then this is not the place for you. 

Diversity  
Visitors from all over the world join the celebration. Just look for the flags.  

Easy Access 
Panama's unique location on the globe makes travel a breeze.  

Historic Party  
In between DJ sets you can step out and visit old Panama City, where brightly colored buildings line brick roads and transport you to another era.  

Beach Or Bust 
Panama’s Pearl and San Blas Islands are known for being some of the most stunning beaches in the world.  Stop staring at the pics and get your butt on them already.
