A few years ago the Beat Assassins were banging on about 'urban electro', releasing EPs under that name that fused vocalists like the Ragga Twins with electro-breaks sounds. Now this underground sound has been co-opted by David Guetta and the like and conquered America, while Jimmy Mofo from the BAs still lives in a council flat in Camden - them's the breaks. 'Living Good' uses poptastic LMFAO (yes!) electro top lines over a deep, crooning walrus of love vocal, while 'Rip Up Da Riddim' also has a deep growly urban vox, offset by pretty piano keys, cute squelches and bad-ass bassline action. Mash up da place.
