Pig & Dan

It’s nearly 20 years since Pig & Dan began producing progressive bombs for the likes of Sasha & Digweed, and their recent debut on Drumcode showed how much they’ve kept pace with the house and techno zeitgeist. Its successor is a surprisingly trancey effort, still packing that warehouse stomp you’d expect from Adam Beyer, though swelling into something rather melodic and epic a few minutes in. Trance is indeed back, even for the techno A-league, apparently.
