The legendary Detroit house DJ and Women On Wax founder, who released a single ‘Purse First’ in June in celebration of Pride Month, debuts on Steven Braines and Sophia Kearney's label with three pristine club cuts.
Each track on ‘Queendom’ feels tailored for a different hour of the party. The opening title track bounces with the pre-peak time lightness and energy, while ‘Just Before The Dawn’, with its woozy synths and deep bass groove, is the final push of the night. ‘Vegan Royale with Cheese’ is a deep-in-the-rave slammer; its robust percussion and punchy keys rush with wide-eyed ecstasy.
